Alone/Lonely?

The first one alone can be use like adverb and adjetive. In both cases means without people or on your own.

Example: "I go to the beach alone".

The second lonely is an adjetive and means that you are unhappy because you are not with other people.

Example: "At night the school feels lonely without students"

* Not because you're alone means that you're lonely.
